Ashok (Dharmendra) and Amjad (Rehman) are very close friends. They have shared all life's up and down together and are always ready to sacrifice for each other. They fal in love and marry their respective beloveds, till a train accident shatter their lives. Ashok loses Aasho, but is saved by Amjad and then stands on the crossroads of life when he sees that Amjad's Shabnam is his Aasho. What happens next is the story of love and sacrifice between two friends.
