Kishan & Kanhaiya are two crooks that are both outlawed from their respective states. One day they meet & form a team and do small time fraud. While fleeing from the police one day, they come across one man running away from some gundas along with a little girl. On his deadbed, the man tells them that this is the precious wealth of a very wealthy man.
