Genre : Suspense Ajay (Shah Rukh Khan) pretends to love Seema (Shilpa Shetty) and then kills her by pushing her from the top floor of a building. Priya (Kajol), Seema’s sister, is stunned when the police find a suicide note in Seema’s handwriting, especially since she had ordered a "mangalsutar" the day before. She sets out to find out the truth about her sister’s death with some help from a police inspector friend. Ajay then becomes a gambler in order to win over Priya. She falls in love with him and he wins over the trust of her father, industrialist Madan Chopra. He then methodically sets out to takeover the business in her father’s absence and when Chopra returns; he finds that all his businesses are now in Ajay’s name. He then learns that Ajay is the son of the man for whom he used to work and whom he had cheated in a similar manner. Chopra goes after Ajay and attacks him. Ajay dies in the arms of his mother, who had lost her sanity when she lost her husband and daughter, after being thrown out penniless by Chopra.
